A number of Practice patients have recently taken part in a short survey aimed at helping the Practice improve services and patient experience at Leyton Healthcare. The completed survey has helped us to decide which areas of the Practice we should focus on improving.
Responses to the survey have been analysed and an action plan to address the issues raised has been prepared. Prior to publication, members of our PRG were invited to give their views on the proposed action plan.
