ONLINE CONSULTATIONS - New service Launched
We are excited to announce that the eConsult service has now launched for our patients. The service is accessible via the practice website and will enable you to access safe and efficient advice for your health conditions as well as consult with your GP from the convenience of their own home.
LANGUAGES SPOKEN BY LEYTON HEALTHCARE STAFF
A variety of languages are spoken by our clinical team, amongst which are:
English, Hindi, Punjabi, Bengali, Urdu, Romanian, Bulgarian, Russian, Arabic, Serbia and Macedonian
Languages spoken by our reception team include English, Romanian and Urdu.

A New Way to Get Your Medicines and Appliances
The Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) is an NHS service. It gives you the chance to change how your GP sends your prescription to the place you choose to get your medicines or appliances from. To read more click here.
Text Reminder Service
The Practice’s computer software reminds patients of their appointment with the Practice. This system has significantly improved the number of missed appointments each month. Please ensure your mobile telephone number is held on our records and is up to date when you visit the Practice.
If you prefer not to take advantage of this service, please advise a member of our reception team and your record will be amended to stop future reminders
Statement of Intent re IT Developments
